WRITER & DIRECTOR
David Ferrier is an Australian writer, cartoonist, and director based in Brisbane. His illustrated comedy and cartoons have appeared in The New Yorker and McSweeney's — publications not exactly known for letting just anyone in. He brings a distinctive hand-drawn sensibility to everything he touches, blending warmth, humour, and genuine emotional depth. Beyond Measure is his debut short film, and it turns out he's been saving up a lot of feelings.
EXECUTIVE PRODUCER
Jason Cilo is the founder and President of New York-based Meetinghouse Productions, which he established in 2007. Over his career, Jason has produced, written and directed across television, documentary, animation and commercial work, with Meetinghouse producing more than 1,000 hours of content for networks including Discovery, A&E, Travel Channel and Food Network. His credits include long-running series Paranormal Caught on Camera, Road Wars, Customer Wars and Neighborhood Wars.
EXECUTIVE PRODUCER
Mike Cowap is an Executive Producer at Princess Pictures and Co-Founder of Princess Bento Studio. Working across live-action, animation and audio, his credits include Together, Koala Man, Smiling Friends, YOLO: Crystal Fantasy and Superwog. Prior to joining Princess, Mike held roles at Screen Australia, the Australian Film Commission, the South Australian Film Corporation and the UK Film Council, and has long championed distinctive creators and emerging talent.
SUPERVISING PRODUCER
Laura DiMaio is Head of Production at Princess Bento, where she oversees the planning, production and delivery of the studio’s animation slate. With more than two decades of experience in the industry, Laura has worked across acclaimed animated productions including Smiling Friends, Koala Man, YOLO, Hazbin Hotel and Universal Basic Guys. Her earlier credits span much-loved productions including Pingu, Bob the Builder, Fireman Sam and Bluey.
Jess Hopcraft is a development producer and talent acquisition manager at Princess Bento, working across the studio’s development and animation slate. Her experience spans production and development, including work as a production manager on the acclaimed Adult Swim series Smiling Friends. Jess also has a background in writing and developing animated projects.
PRODUCER
Sean Anderson-Gatt is a Melbourne-based character designer and illustrator specialising in animation. Sean has worked with studios including Flying Bark Productions, Princess Bento and BES Animation for clients such as Disney, Nickelodeon and Cartoon Network Asia. Their credits include character design on Disney Television Animation’s Marvel’s Moon Girl and Devil Dinosaur, alongside extensive work in character, prop and background design, storyboarding and illustration.

Meetinghouse Productions is a New York–based production and content-creation company founded by executive producer Jason Cilo in 2007. Working across television, documentaries, animation, theatre and commercial production, the company specialises in thoughtful, entertaining storytelling that combines humour with genuine emotional substance. Cilo’s career spans more than three decades and includes producing, writing and showrunning roles at MSNBC, VH1 and across independent film and television.
